All he can do for a long time is lay there beneath him, shivering against him and holding him. Jimmy was happy, honestly and completely happy here with the soft promise that Dean was his now. Could Dean handle it? Belonging to him alone. There was a bit of doubt in the back of his mind but there was no way he wasn’t going to give him a chance because it was obvious that he had feelings for him. 

And Jimmy was willing to try. He was a little afraid. Amelia had been his one serious relationship and it had lasted forever. There would probably be compromises he would have to make but he was ready to make them. Jimmy was ready to do what he could to make this work because he wanted to be with him. 

“You’re mine and I am yours” 

Dean didn’t try to move away from the intimate embrace, although the urge was there. He would have to be able to show affection now if he were to really be Jimmy’s, like he already vocalized. That didn’t mean it wouldn’t be hard, because he had never really been the considerate one; sure in the sack maybe, but not after, or before, or really at any other given moment in time. The only one he had ever doted on was his brother, and he did it with everything he had, because he’d never have to care about anyone else before.

Now, he would have to learn how to share that space, and show the same care he did Sam, although he could be a jerk to the guy too. Sighing softly in the crook of Jimmy’s neck, he whispered, “Yes.”

It wasn’t much -a single word- but it said more than he could ever try to in a lifetime, and he was sure that Jimmy knew that too. Finally rolling off him, he pulled Jimmy into a position that would leave them free to touch and hold, but wouldn’t mean he’d be suffocating the man to death ‘cause of his weight on top of the much thinner guy.
